VertiMax training is a state-of-the-art performance system specifically designed to enhance the key athletic skills basketball players rely on most.
Using advanced resistance bands and platforms, VertiMax targets improvements in vertical jump height, explosive power, speed, and agility. This training method strengthens the lower body and core, equipping athletes to execute dynamic movements—like jumping, sprinting, and lateral cutting—with greater precision and force.
For basketball players, VertiMax delivers tangible results: improved rebounding, shot-blocking, defensive quickness, and explosiveness when attacking the basket. Furthermore, the controlled resistance promotes functional strength and stability, helping to minimize injury risks. It’s an essential tool for players committed to taking their game to the next level.

When: Saturdays and Sundays
Location: Jules Verne SchoolTraining Times:
Group Training: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (60 minutes, max 5 players per group)
Private Training:
1:00 PM – 1:30 PM (FULL)
1:30 PM – 2:00 PM (Saturday availability only)
V-Max Training Packages:
Private Package: $185 + tax per player
Includes 4 private, 30-minute sessions
Group Package: $90 + tax per player
Includes 4 group, 60-minute sessions
